Backordered Items:
1) Hold order until complete. We normally ship backorders as soon as we receive the backordered items.
2) Ship and invoice all stock items shipped.
 

NO ORDER TO SMALL
Order any quantity at no extra charge. 

Shipping:
Overnight UPS ground shipping  service (in most cases) to most locations in California and some Nevada locations at no extra cost. For this service, orders must be placed before 3:00 PM.
 

STANDARD SHIPPING PROCEDURES:
U.S. Lower 48 States - Airbolt will normally ship all phone, internet, fax, or written orders via either UPS ground, unless otherwise requested.
 

We recommend UPS for shipping orders.
Please specify method or if you chose to use any other shipping companies. Invoices will include shipping charges, handling (if applicable),
COD charges, insurance charges, and Sales Tax (if applicable).
Alaskan Orders - UPS Air services or USPS.
Canadian Orders - UPS and USPS services available except, No COD or Hazardous materials. Parcel Post may also restrict package weight to 35 pounds.
European, Middle East, Africa, Central & South America, Australia, New Zealand and other Pacific destinations -
UPS Air Service available. No COD
or Hazardous materials.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
UPS - Claims or traces require a minimum of 10 days from shipment.
DAMAGES
- It is the customer's responsibility to immediately notify the delivering party of obvious damage. For un-obvious damage, the customer must first notify the shipper then Airbolt. Customer must retain the original box and materials for shipper inspection.
 

AIRBOLT RETURN POLICY:
Contact Airbolt for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) prior to returning merchandise.
Merchandise may be returned for credit within 30 days from date of purchase when received by Airbolt as shipped by Airbolt.
No Cash Credits (unless it is our fault). Credits will be applied to future orders.

A copy of the original invoice, with reason for return must accompany the merchandise.

There may be a 15% restocking charge. Please do not return any products C.O.D.
Freight on return goods must be prepaid unless otherwise directed by Airbolt.
